We are urgently hiring Application Monitoring Support Engineer for our prestigious client in Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

Looking for candidates interested for
Application Monitoring
Good handson experience in
Grafana/ Dynatrace/ Promethus/ Service Now
Must have Experience on ticketing tool, monitoring dashboards, basic troubleshooting. ITIL Process, Application related issues, Linux,
Escalations ,monitoring. resolving issues within SLA, root cause analysis, prioritization. Incident Management, MS-SQL server, L1 Production Support, Pro-active monitoring, patching activity.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Min 2yrs max 4yrs
Must be a Graduate
Wiilingness to work from office (Navi Mumbai)
Willingness for rotational shift
Must be ready to join immediately of selected.
Should have good communication skills.
Should be a team player.
Must be able to handle pressure.
