Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix CVAD components including Delivery Controllers, VDAs, StoreFront,
Studio, and Director.
Perform application publishing, VDA registration checks, and basic image updates.
Manage user sessions, profile issues (Citrix UPM, FSLogix), and login performance
Perform basic NetScaler Gateway and load balancing configuration checks.
Monitor health status, SSL certificate expiry, and HA pair status.
Escalate major NetScaler configuration changes or advanced troubleshooting to L3.
Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
Troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) application issues.
Perform DNS record checks and updates; coordinate DHCP reservations as required.
Proactively monitor system health and performance using Citrix Director and other tools.
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes per ITIL process guidelines.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Work closely with L3 engineers for escalated cases.
Coordinate with networking, storage, and security teams for issue resolution.
Support planned maintenance activities, patching, and system updates.
Skills
Working knowledge of Citrix Studio, Director, StoreFront, and NetScaler ADC.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019), Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS.
Familiarity with PVS/MCS, FSLogix, and Citrix UPM.
Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing).
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Strong Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in relevant field.
