Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhinagar, for a Helpdesk and End User Support Executive. This role involves providing technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related challenges. The executive will be required to maintain accurate records of support requests, escalate complex issues to relevant teams, and ensure service quality and user satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software-related issues
  • Experience in addressing service requests and providing end-user assistance effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for ensuring effective coordination and user satisfaction
  • Ability to document service logs and escalate complex issues to specialized teams
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and relevant technical tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tasks efficiently
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field would be an advantage.

  • We are hiring for Helpdesk & End User Support Executive(01 Position) for Gandhingar, Gujarat location.


    Qualification Required :

    Graduate (any) and ERP exposure (1–3 yrs)


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    (1) Ticketing system- User queries resolution

    (2) Daily logs, minor UI/backend issues.
