Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to gather and triage cases requiring attention, schedule meetings with employees and stakeholders, and provide solutions to IT-related equipment issues. You will also be responsible for configuring personal computers, installing updates, sourcing new IT solutions, and managing purchase requests. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and triage cases requiring attention - Schedule meetings with employees and stakeholders - Provide solutions to IT-related equipment issues - Configure personal computers and portable gadgets - Install mandatory updates for applications - Source and propose new IT solutions - Submit purchase requests and monitor expenditure Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in IT support is preferred - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of computer literacy and self-sufficiency - Ability to work in a team environment Additional Details: The company offers benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
