Helpdesk Analyst

Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to gather and triage cases requiring attention, schedule meetings with employees and stakeholders, and provide solutions to IT-related equipment issues. You will also be responsible for configuring personal computers, installing updates, sourcing new IT solutions, and managing purchase requests.
