Job Description

Hiring for Helpdesk Analyst !!!

Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Location: Valasaravakkam

Shift timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and troubleshoot RFID-related issues.
Provide remote support and coordinate with site engineers for on-ground resolutions.
Log, track, and update tickets to ensure timely closure.
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of helpdesk/IT support experience.
Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate with technical teams.
Basic knowledge of RFID/IT systems is an added advantage.
