As a COMPUTER HARDWARE AND NETWORK ENGINEER, you will be responsible for supporting various sites in the Mumbai region. You should have 1-3 years of experience in handling client sites independently with a basic knowledge of Microsoft products like Server (AD, Group Policy), Outlook, Linux (additional benefit), Firewall (Configuration), Networking (Crimping/ Punching Knowledge), and thunderbird (configuration). Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting computers, printers, OS installation, identifying defective parts in Desktops, Laptops such as RAM, Processor, and SMPS, and replacing them.
