As a part of this role, you will be responsible for gathering and triaging cases that require attention. You will need to examine presenting concerns from various perspectives in order to identify and implement appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to guide employees through interventions to enhance their computer literacy and self-sufficiency. Your duties will also include configuring personal computers and portable internet devices, as well as ensuring the installation of mandatory updates to prevent applications from becoming outdated. You will be required to source and propose new IT-related solutions that can potentially improve office efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for submitting purchase requests and monitoring expenditures to ensure budget compliance. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
