Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Executive

Department: Facility Management / Resident Services
Location: DLF Magnolias, Gurgaon
Reporting To: Facility Manager / Estate Manager

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for residents of DLF Magnolias, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all queries, service requests, and complaints. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and coordination with multiple service teams to maintain the premium living standards of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to residents’ calls, emails, and walk-in queries at the Help Desk in a professional manner.
  • Log and track all complaints, maintenance requests, and feedback in the facility management system.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and security teams for timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups and status updates are provided to residents.
  • Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the Facility Manager as per escalation protocols.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and complaint logs for management review.
  • Circulate important notices, event updates, and maintenance schedules to residents.
  • Handle visitor and vendor coordination in line with society guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion while interacting with high-profile residents.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and ensure resident satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with patience and courtesy.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence, and facility management software (e.g., MyGate, ANACITY, Falcon).
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury residential environment.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Administration, or Management preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Help Desk / Front Office operations, preferably in luxury residential societies or hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience with DLF or other premium residential complexes will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
