Role Overview: As a Help Desk Representative, your main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing step-by-step technical assistance to customers. In case of unresolved issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate internal teams. It is important to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions while ensuring follow-up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
