Calls/e-Mail Management:Answer incoming calls from public/ customer.Listen actively and understand public needs or complaints.Make outbound calls to customer for follow up on products/ offering.E-Mail Management Responding to emails sent by taxpayers/ customerData Entry and Quality AssuranceWeb content management and quality check of website (Drafting skills for test cases will be added advantage)Record Keeping:Document call details, feedback, and interactionsMaintain records of conversations for quality assurance and future reference.Team Co-ordination/ Client Interaction:Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service.Meeting with client for frequent status updatesHelp other team members in admin related activitiesParticipate in team meetings and training sessions.
