What Youll Do Guide students through their career discovery journeys using our technology-enabled platform Conduct workshops and sessions across schools and events Contribute through research, content creation, and client interactions Collaborate with a high-performing team from institutions like ISB, IIT, IIM, and Harvard.Student Guidance: Guide students through their comprehensive career discovery journeys, leveraging Mindler's advanced technology-enabled platform. Workshop Facilitation: Conduct engaging and informative workshops and sessions at various schools and events. Content & Research: Contribute to our mission through valuable research, insightful content creation, and effective client interactions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with a high-performing and dynamic team. You're a Great Fit If You Have: Experience: 16 years of relevant work experience. Educational Background: A background in Psychology (Masters degree preferred). Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly. Passion for Student Success: A genuine passion for student success and career development, with a commitment to guiding young individuals toward fulfilling futures.
