Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Coach, located in Bengaluru. The Career Coach will be responsible for providing job coaching and career counseling to students and professionals. Daily tasks include offering career development guidance, preparing clients for interviews, conducting mock interviews, and providing feedback to improve interview skills. The Career Coach will also be involved in creating individualized career plans and tracking clients' progress.

Qualifications

• Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Career Development skills
• Experience in Interview Preparation and conducting mock interviews
• Effective listening and feedback skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Previous experience in career coaching or counseling is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
