Job Title: Student Engagement & Career Guidance (Night Shift – USA Market) Location: IT Park, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Onsite Only) Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST Industry: Education / Career Services Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Only Transport - Cab provided both Pickup and Drop About the Role We are seeking a Student Engagement & Career Guidance to manage inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our career advisors. This is not cold calling or direct sales — your role is to understand each student’s background, communicate in fluent English, and guide them toward the most suitable career path. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in teaching, HR, EdTech sales, career counseling, or other student-focused roles who have a passion for mentoring and guiding learners. You’ll work with CRM and automation tools to track leads, ensure smooth follow-up, and collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team. This is a night shift role, and the organization provides cab facilities for pick-up and drop-off. Key Responsibilities Connect with students from pre-generated leads and understand their background, interests, and career aspirations Provide clear and relevant information about our educational and career services Guide and mentor students in making informed career choices Nurture leads from initial contact to a scheduled consultation with our career advisors Achieve daily engagement and conversation targets — majority of time will be spent on live calls Build trust and rapport with students, answering questions in a calm and confident manner Log all conversations and updates accurately in the CRM system Coordinate with the Inside Sales team to hand off warm leads for further follow-up and closure Required Skills & Experience 1–5 years of experience in student counseling, teaching, customer engagement, or lead qualification ( US shift preferred ) Strong verbal communication skills in English (must be able to converse confidently with students) Ability to listen patiently and provide thoughtful guidance Good written communication skills for CRM updates and basic emails Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms Willingness to work full-time night shifts ( Monday–Friday ) Basic computer literacy (typing, MS Office, Gmail) Background in teaching, HR, EdTech sales, or career counseling is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,432.80 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Paid time off Work Location: In person
