Job Description

1) Management of all office functions in association with PM/EM.

2) Customer relations management.

3) Receiving and assigning complaints to the concerned maintenance personnel.

4) Ensuring entry and completion records of complaints on daily basis.

5) Close liaison with clients office for all correspondences (Viz. Issue of Notices, circulars, etc.)

6) Ensuring all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on timely basis.

7) Management of stationary and office consumables.

8) Daily logging and maintaining of records of work done.

9) Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to improve the maintenance system and procedures.

10) Any Degree with relevant Experience .

11)Daily complaint tracker

12)Monthly stationary report

13)Maintaining of onsite attendance
