Help Desk Executive

As a Help Desk Executive, your role will involve being the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will provide accurate information, assistance, and guidance in both English and Hindi. Your primary focus will be on administrative and visitor support to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, guests, and staff in a professional manner. - Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information in English and Hindi. - Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes following security protocols. - Respond to inquiries regarding services, directions, and general information. - Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements or meeting arrangements. - Manage help desk records and ensure timely follow-up on pending requests. - Maintain the reception/help desk area in an organized and presentable manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline. - Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Professional appearance and positive attitude.
