• Manage and resolve user tickets related to banking applications within defined SLAs.
• Provide technical support for deposit, loan, and clearing modules.
• Execute SQL queries (SELECT and UPDATE) for troubleshooting and analysis.
• Track issues using a ticketing tool, ensuring prompt closure and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills:-

• Experience in banking support with deposits, loans, and clearing.
• Proficiency in ticketing tools and SLA compliance.
• Basic SQL skills for query handling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

• Exposure to Core Banking Systems (CBS).
• Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer in financial domains.

Education:-
Only B.E/B.Tech graduates are eligible.
