Job Description: You will be responsible for receiving calls on the toll-free number and logging complaints in the ICRM system. Your main duty will be to transfer calls to the relevant person. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the field team for pending calls. Other tasks include verifying vouchers and performing data entry work. You should be prepared to work in rotational shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
