Your duties will include transferring calls to the appropriate individuals, coordinating field activities related to pending calls, and verifying vouchers. Additionally, you will be required to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
