Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Help Desk Executive to provide technical and operational support to customers and field engineers using our POS (swiping) machines. The candidate will handle customer queries, troubleshoot device issues, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth machine operation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers and field staff for POS/swiping machine-related issues. Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats to log customer complaints or queries. Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as connectivity, printing, transaction errors, and device setup. Guide customers through configuration steps and software updates. Coordinate with field service engineers for on-site support when required Preferred Skills:Experience in banking/payment industry or POS device support. Knowledge of terminal configuration and application installation. Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools. Work Schedule:Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Salary:₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
