Job Summary:

The Healthcare Recruiter is a critical role responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring experienced professionals in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). This position will focus on identifying talent for key roles such as AR Callers, Credit Balance Specialists, Payment Posters, and Data Entry Agents to support OnQ Globals operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, experience in call center or healthcare BPO hiring, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline for specialized U.S. healthcare processes.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. healthcare RCM roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience in U.S. healthcare RCM functions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-volume and niche hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
  • Ensure compliance with OnQs recruitment guidelines and hiring standards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Represent OnQ professionally in all candidate interactions, promoting the companys culture and values.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare BPO, call centers, or U.S. healthcare RCM hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills across leading job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Jobs, and Indeed India).
  • Familiarity with RCM processes (AR calling, payment posting, credit balance, and patient refunds).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare or medical billing processes.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment CRM tools.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in multinational or outsourcing environments.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, India.
  • Must be available during standard business hours and flexible to coordinate with U.S. time zones if required.
