Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who specializes in full time Allied Health positions for US healthcare clients. You will work on roles such as therapists, technologists, technicians, imaging, diagnostics, lab, and other allied functions, managing the complete recruitment cycle for US based hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on full time Allied Health requirements for US healthcare clients, including W2, contract to hire, and direct hire openings.
• Source and attract experienced Allied Health professionals through US job boards, database, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for clinical background, license status, work authorization, relocation readiness, and compensation fit.
• Coordinate interviews with US clients, manage feedback, and support the selection and offer process.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in ATS or recruitment tracker for all assigned positions.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of Allied Health talent for recurring positions.
• Share daily and weekly updates on submittals, interviews, offers, and closures with the delivery leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Staffing with hands on focus on Allied Health positions.
• Familiarity with US healthcare settings such as hospitals, LTAC, SNF, outpatient centers, rehab facilities, and clinics.
• Good understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099), notice periods, and standard pay structures for Allied roles.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with a clear and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable working in a target driven environment with multiple open roles and tight timelines.
• Basic proficiency in job boards (for example Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal portals), LinkedIn, and MS Office.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with VMS or MSP driven healthcare clients.
• Prior exposure to clinical licenses and credentials checks for Allied professionals.
