Healthcare Provider Strategy Consultant

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience working in Consulting / Corporate Strategy / Business function in one of the following industry domains Healthcare Provider Strategy, Revenue Cycle Management for US providers / hospitals
• Experience in operating model design, revenue optimization, cost reduction, hospital data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development
• Experience in analyzing US healthcare provider market landscape (Industry trends, risk, regulatory, competition analysis) using primary and secondary sources of data to derive insights for the client
• Experience in leading work threads independently, reporting and owning end-to-end deliverables
• Clear and concise communication: strong written and verbal communication skills participate in client interviews, workshops/training and present recommendations
• Core Consulting skills include good executive presence, analytical thinking, logical structuring, team dynamics and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint storyboarding

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Exposure to emerging technologies and their application in solving business problems (eg , Digital transformation, RPA, AI etc)
• Experience in working with data analysis and visualization tools (eg owerBI, Tableau, Minitab etc)
• Willingness to travel internationally (primarily US) based on project needs

MBA from Top Tier College is Mandatory
