Job Description

Seeking an MBBS-qualified professional to lead healthcare BPO projects across EHR, medical coding, and health insurance processes. The role requires strong client management, operational leadership, and expertise in driving process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare BPO projects with high quality and efficiency.
Drive client communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Oversee project accounting, budgeting, and financial performance.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain QMS standards.
