Healthcare Insurance Presales Solutioning

As a seasoned Presales & Solutions Professional, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end presales process in a BPO environment, specifically within the Healthcare/Insurance domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Customizing presentations and proposals, addressing commercial and contractual considerations. - Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proactively driving business development efforts. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative, client-specific solutions. - Presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. - Staying current on emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, AI/ML, RPA) and identifying opportunities to incorporate them into client solutions. - Contributing to transformation roadmaps and strategic consulting projects. To qualify for this role, you should be a Graduate/Post-graduate individual with 15+ years of experience in a BPO environment. Additionally, you should have proven expertise in Business Development, Solutions, or Presales within the Healthcare/Insurance domain.
