Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and training new and existing POSp agents. Additionally, you will analyze performance, establish strong relationships with staff and clients, set and monitor sales objectives, provide sales strategies and feedback, and contribute to meeting sales targets. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and following agency regulations, guidelines, and policies will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Recruiting, screening, and training new and existing POSp agents - Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans - Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients - Setting and monitoring sales objectives - Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans - Contributing to meeting sales targets - Keeping up-to-date with industry developments - Following agency regulations, guidelines, and policies - Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement Qualifications Required: - Sales acumen - Solid understanding of policies and products - Excellent interpersonal skills - Sales experience in a Health Insurance-based company - Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory,
