Role Description

The Health Care Service Representative (Non-Voice) will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed via non-voice communication channels such as email and chat. Key tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai location, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

JD:

1.Perform data entry and research activities in various systems and tracking tools .

2.Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying ,assessing and resolving issues problems .

3. Assess and resolve on - Standard issues or problems . 

4.Seek advice and escalate issues when faced With Tasks / Problems Outside the scope of Work .

Checklist:
