Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Manager to oversee our Health & Fitness operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and fitness, with the ability to manage staff, delight members, and ensure the smooth functioning of our gym, club, and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the gym and club facilities (badminton, swimming, turf, etc.)
• Supervise front desk, trainers, coaches, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
• Monitor and optimize memberships, coaching programs, and hourly usage plans
• Drive sales and promotions with a strategic mindset
• Oversee corporate event execution and coordination
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
• Report KPIs and work closely with ownership to meet business goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing health clubs, premium gyms, or hospitality setups
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of fitness trends, client engagement, and operations
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve client concerns tactfully
• Knowledge of CRM, scheduling systems, and fitness tools is a plus
