What would you do?
Embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization today, and enabling streamlined operations to serve the emerging health care market of tomorrow You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team which is responsible for the administration of health claims. This team is involved in core claim processing such as registering claims, editing & verification, claims evaluation, and examination & litigation. Includes the administration of health, life, and property & causality claims. Includes activities involved in core claim processing such as registering claims, editing & verification, claims evaluation, and examination & litigation.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance lead for our QA team and ensure that all products, services, and processes meet internal and external quality standards. The QA lead will be responsible for conducting audits, improving processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor all operations that affect quality. Supervise and guide the QA staff.
