Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordination with quality lead for Incoming material Inspection - quality and quantity.
Preparation of stock statements and inventory.
Implementation of stores procedures
Management of stacking yards, upkeep of shuttering material
Maintaining sufficient stock levels and raising PR when stock levels fall
Monthly stock checking - both physical and on books
Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
Track damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Check the material for quantity as well as the quality
Check the documents sent by business units along with the consignment
Prepare GRN proper storage of material
Prepare the MIS report etc.
Coordination of transportation
Material dispatch planning

Preferred candidate profile:

Technical

Knowledge of Stores Management
Knowledge of logistics
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
