Head – Utilities

Job Location : Odisha

Key Focus Areas:

• Uninterrupted Utilities Supply

  – Oversee electricity, water (DM, UPW), process gases (H₂, N₂, O₂, Ar), compressed air, vacuum, chemical delivery, and HVAC systems.

• Production Support

  – Maintain stable utilities for PECVD, PVD, thermal, wet chemical, and metallization processes.

• Greenfield Infrastructure Delivery

  – Lead design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of utilities for >1GW capacity; ensure cleanroom and EHS compliance.

• Innovation & Efficiency

  – Optimize performance, monitor consumption, and drive energy/waste reduction initiatives.

• Safety & Compliance

  – Implement strict safety protocols, conduct audits, and train teams in chemical and gas handling.

• Team Leadership

  – Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 17+ years in utilities management within semiconductor, photovoltaic, or high-tech manufacturing (TopCon experience preferred).
• Proven success in

  greenfield

  or large-scale utility system projects.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and large-plant operations.
