Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement tenancy strategies to ensure optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in alignment with company objectives Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote available properties and attract new tenants Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and offerings accordingly Oversee tenant communications, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance related to tenancy Lead a team of tenancy management professionals, providing guidance and support Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tenancy Report regularly to senior management on tenancy performance and strategies Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in tenancy operations Qualifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience: 15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry Demonstrated experience in tenancy management, lease agreements, and tenant relations Proven track record of optimizing occupancy rates and maximizing revenue Show more Show less
