Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Define the technical vision and strategy for power electronics products and initiatives.

R&D and Product Development:

Oversee the full lifecycle of power electronics products, from concept to production, including design, simulation, prototyping, testing, and validation.

Team Management:

Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Expertise:

Provide expert guidance on power electronics circuits, components, magnetics, control algorithms, and integrated systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.

Standards & Compliance:

Ensure that all development activities comply with industry standards (e.g., safety, reliability, EMI/EMC) and regulatory requirements.

Vendor and Partner Engagement:

Engage with external partners, academia, and technology vendors to leverage new knowledge and forge strategic alliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field; a PhD is often preferred for senior roles.

Technical Experience:

Significant hands-on experience in the design and development of power electronic products such as converters, inverters, chargers, and drives.

Design Skills:

Proficiency in power electronics topology selection, component sizing, magnetics design, filter design, and thermal analysis.
