Head - Supply Chain Planning

Role Overview: As the Head of Supply Planning at Shalina Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading and managing the supply planning process globally. Your role will involve ensuring efficient planning of supply to meet market demands, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining high service levels. You will collaborate with various departments like manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales to develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, meet customer demand, and support business growth. - Oversee the end-to-end supply planning process, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and procurement. - Lead, mentor, and develop the supply planning team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities. - Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is preferred. - Minimum of 18 years of experience in supply planning, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. - Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA). - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
