About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of
national-level alliances
with
hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare networks for internship and placement collaborations.
Identify and formalize
MOUs and long-term tie-ups
with industry partners.
Manage and guide regional partnership teams to achieve organizational goals.
Work closely with academic and placement teams to align training programs with industry requirements.
Represent the organization in industry events, forums, and conferences to strengthen visibility and network reach.
Track partnership performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective delivery on agreed objectives.
Conduct market research and identify new collaboration opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Marketing
.
8–12 years
of experience in
strategic partnerships, institutional alliances, or corporate relations
within
healthcare, education, or edtech sectors
.
Proven network and experience working with healthcare institutions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multi-regional teams.
Willingness to travel across India for partnership development.
