Educational Qualification

• MBA or Bachelors with relevant experience in services sourcing.

Experience Required:

• 7-11 years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement.

• Developing and institutionalizing a functional level annual sourcing plan for Indirect Sourcing vertical.
  Believe in enhancing enterprise value of the organization through cost transformations, waste elimination and building lasting partnerships with leading service providers.
• Creating sourcing models to augment bottom line savings, support multi-geography and multi-technology issues, tackle changing business dynamics and bring partner into the game for mutual growth.
• Leading supplier selection in highly complex contract negotiations, involving Legal, Finance, Risk and other departments to achieve favorable terms on quality, delivery and price.
• Leading the team of 4-5 buyers, who lead the sourcing for various functions, such as
  Marketing - Creative, Market Research, Event Management, Printing solution, POSM, Merchandising, In shop On shop branding, other BTL.
• Sales & Distribution - Loyalty Programs, Sales Events, R&R, Corporate, gifting and Gift Vouchers.
  Customer Experience - Call Center, Document Management, Customer Verification – On-line & Off- line, Customer Retention, etc.
• Facility Management - IFM Service provider, AMC Service, MRO Services, etc.
• Network Ops & Maintenance - New site Built-Up, MRO Services, Audit agency, etc.
• Retail - New Store Built-Up, MRO Services, Furniture-Fixture, Branding agency, Uniforms, etc.
• Managing contractual execution of over INR 400Cr across India.
• Reduced operating expenditure and increased capital saving by.
• Removing redundant activities of limited value add.
• Consolidating partners, business process, value engineering, etc. Contract governance stringently on adherence of scope, SLA and KPI. Establish and monitor sourcing processes, such as price discovery, contract negotiation & governance, supplier evaluation, Commercial / Price negotiations Procure-to-Pay cycle, etc.
