Job Description

We’re hiring a Head of Revenue & GTM.Not a salesperson. A builder.

NUEST Consulting is a boutique HR Tech Consulting & Advisory firm working with mid-sized and enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees) across India, USA, UAE, and Southeast Asia.We help CXOs turn messy HR problems into measurable outcomes—through strategy, technology, analytics, and execution.Product-agnostic. ROI-led. Zero fluff.Now we’re looking for one person to own and build our revenue engine.

The mandate

Own revenue. Fully.Design and execute NUEST’s GTM strategy.Personally close complex, high-value B2B deals.Sell directly to CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CFOs, CHROs.Build a repeatable sales engine—not hero-driven wins.This is a direct sales role.No partnerships. No channels. No lead babysitting

What you’ll actually do

Own quarterly and annual revenue targets (clear number, real accountability).Design, test, and execute GTM plans: ICPs, segments, messaging, routes to market.Build and convert a strong pipeline without defaulting to discounts.Lead discovery, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and closure.Open new enterprise accounts and deepen strategic relationships.Work closely with founders and delivery leaders to ensure what’s sold gets delivered.Represent NUEST in CXO rooms and industry forums.

Who this is for

3–5+ years of serious B2B sales experience with consistent target achievement.Proven track record of closing consultative, high-value deals.Comfortable selling in boardrooms. CXO credibility is non-negotiable.Strong personal network in India; exposure to ME / USA is a plus.Background in consulting, HR Tech, SaaS, AI, or complex services.Entrepreneurial mindset: ambiguity doesn’t scare you—inaction does.Strong at forecasting, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations.No obsession with degrees.We care about execution, judgment, and outcomes.
