Head - Quality

As a Fixed Wireless Access Optimization Head, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance, reliability, and quality of fixed wireless broadband networks. Your role will involve monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the network infrastructure to ensure efficient delivery of high-speed wireless internet services to customers. You will continuously monitor FWA network KPIs and counters, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance throughput, coverage, and latency. You will perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network issues using drive test data, trace logs, and OSS tools. Optimizing radio parameters such as power levels, antenna tilt, frequency allocation, and load balancing to maximize network capacity and user experience will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will implement and validate network changes in coordination with planning and field teams. Collaborating with network planning teams to support capacity expansion and coverage enhancement projects will also be one of your duties. You will conduct site surveys and assess network infrastructure to recommend upgrades or adjustments. Working closely with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve network issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth service delivery is essential. You will provide technical support during network rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Preparing detailed performance reports, optimization plans, and technical documentation, as well as maintaining records of network changes and optimization results for future reference and compliance, will be part of your routine tasks. You will also ensure that all optimization activities adhere to quality management systems and industry standards, participating in testing and validation of new features and technologies relevant to FWA.,
