Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales and business development initiatives in the distribution segment, focusing on interior designers, architects, contractors, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project-based sales, relationship management, and end-to- end project coordination.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate sales opportunities through interior designers, architects, consultants, and
institutional buyers.
Build a strong pipeline of projects by networking with key decision-makers.
Ensure effective product presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure smooth execution of
projects.
Monitor project milestones, delivery schedules, and installation timelines.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and key institutional clients namely for
Commercial projects like offices, hotels, resorts, villa settlements, institutions.
Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
