As the Head of Treasury and Partnerships at Yubi Markets, your role is crucial in driving the next phase of growth by forging strategic alliances and expertly managing the financial infrastructure to support the company's expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Partnerships & Business Development (60%)** - Develop a proactive partnership strategy to acquire allies offering enhanced liquidity, funding avenues, and capital introduction. - Cultivate relationships with key partners such as Banking & Credit Partners, Institutional Capital Partners, and Product & Platform Partners. - Structure and execute complex partnership agreements that bring measurable value in terms of capital access, revenue, and client acquisition. - Act as the primary relationship manager for capital and liquidity partners, measuring and reporting on the ROI of partnerships. - **Treasury & Capital Management (40%)** - Manage liquidity and capital strategy to support investment activities and initiatives fueled by partnerships. - Oversee daily cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning to capitalize on immediate investment opportunities. - Manage banking relationships, credit lines, and custody agreements to support growth objectives. - Implement risk management frameworks to mitigate financial risks associated with new funding and investment vehicles. - Collaborate with the CIO and investment teams to align treasury operations with capital influx from partnerships. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA strongly preferred. - 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, treasury, or capital raising within financial services. - Proven track record of forging partnerships resulting in acquired assets, secured lending facilities, or raised capital. - Deep network of contacts within banking, institutional capital, and wealth management ecosystem. - Expertise in credit products, capital markets, and investment vehicles. - Exceptional negotiation skills and financial acumen for structuring complex agreements. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at the C-level and build business relationships effectively.
