Equity Research Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Equity Research Analyst to lead credit and fundamental research for our unlisted equities investment division. The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and private company evaluation, with the ability to build and present investment theses for high-conviction opportunities

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Conduct detailed financial and credit risk analysis of unlisted companies across sector
• s.Build financial models to project business performance, stress scenarios, and assess capital structur
• e.Evaluate balance sheets, cash flows, leverage, and liquidity to determine investment risk profile
• s.Work closely with the deal team to support transaction structuring and risk mitigation strategie
• s.Monitor portfolio companies, track performance, and update risk ratings periodicall
• y.Conduct sectoral research to understand industry dynamics and peer benchmark
• s.Present research findings to the investment committee with clear risk-reward narrative

Key Skills & Qualificatio

• ns:3–4 years of experience in equity research, credit risk analysis, or investment banking (preferably with exposure to private markets or NBFC
• s).Strong understanding of financial statements, credit metrics, and valuation techniqu

• ed.Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and industry databas
