Role Overview: As a Senior Transformation Lead at Standard Chartered, you will play a critical role in executing the strategic roadmap for Planning Transformation. Your responsibilities will be pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technology solutions for planning and forecasting. Your expertise in operating model design, process design, technology delivery, change management, and benefit realization will be instrumental in driving the transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design, mobilization, and adoption of the new Planning and Forecasting CoE operating model, including stakeholder accountability, roles and responsibilities, process scope, governance framework, and communication strategy. - Design integrated planning and forecasting process taxonomy ensuring end-to-end alignment and synergy with downstream activities, including detailed planning process design, policies, stakeholder maps, roles, and technology requirements. - Design and deliver new or enhanced technology capabilities required for Planning Transformation, including defining business requirements, solution design, data requirements, development, testing, integration, and post-go-live support. - Ensure execution of the transformation agenda aligns with bank's change management standards, covering project management, financial management, vendor management, tech governance, stakeholder communication, and risk management. - Take ownership of ensuring the realization of defined business benefits post-delivery, attesting to the success of the project for business stakeholders. Qualifications: - 12+ years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Services, with a background in Finance. - Experience in FP&A, Performance Management, and Planning/Forecasting environments. - Strong strategic mindset with experience leading Transformation Programs. - Proficient in Finance Technology Change, leading teams in managing Solution Design, Development, Testing, and Tech Governance. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, lead through ambiguities, and influence stakeholders. - Strong process management and reengineering skills, operating within large virtual teams and building relationships across stakeholders.
