Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Product & Technology to lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of our digital platforms that power our electric vehicle fleet and customer journeys. The ideal candidate will drive innovation across both B2B and B2C product linesowning product vision, technical delivery, architecture, and team management.

This role is central to Clientss growth strategy, delivering seamless user experiences for ride booking, fleet management, driver engagement, and client dashboards—ensuring stability, scalability, and superior digital touchpoints across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Tech Leadership:

• Define and own the product roadmap across B2C (app/web for customers) and B2B (enterprise dashboards, APIs, fleet tools).
  
• Lead full-cycle product development: new features, product enhancements, maintenance, and re-architecture.
  
• Build scalable and cloud-native platforms to enable smart electric fleet operations, driver monitoring, and client analytics.
  
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices in architecture, code quality, and deployment pipelines.
  
• Evangelize product thinking, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work cross-functionally with operations, fleet, business, and customer service teams to gather feedback and prioritize development.
  
• Own technology roadmap planning and execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business KPIs.
  
• Identify product opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and referral traffic.
  
• Drive product lifecycle adoption with agile delivery processes and backlog grooming.
  

Innovation in e-Mobility:

• Introduce modern digital features such as route optimization, predictive maintenance, driver performance scoring, EV charging integrations, etc.
  
• Work on IoT-based integrations for fleet tracking, energy monitoring, and electric vehicle diagnostics.
  

People & Team Management:

• Lead and grow high-performing teams of engineers, solution architects, and product managers.
  
• Build an outcome-focused, agile culture with clear goals, accountability, and learning.
  
• Coach, mentor, and nurture talent across engineering and product functions.
  
• Manage hiring pipelines and build leadership within the tech org.
  
• Ensure continuous professional development and training to align with evolving product needs.
  

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Background:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering/product development, with at least 10 years in tech/product leadership roles.
  
• Strong experience in building B2C & B2B digital platforms, ideally for mobility, logistics, or consumer internet domains.
  
• Hands-on expertise in Django/Python, React, PostgreSQL, AWS cloud services, REST APIs, and scalable systems.
  
• Prior experience managing engineering teams in agile environments and delivering external-facing applications.
  
• Exposure to building customer and enterprise apps, operational dashboards, and API-driven architectures.
  
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  
• Experience with data-driven platforms and knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
  
• Familiarity with mobility, EV ecosystem, or fleet tech is a strong plus.
  
• Proven ability to take 0-1 products to scale in high-growth environments.
