This is a key leadership role focused on defining the technology roadmap, modernising core platforms, and enabling scalable growth across multiple markets. You will work closely with senior leaders, build and develop strong delivery teams, and ensure technology investments directly support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy Delivery

Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to global growth ambitions

Lead delivery across major technology programs and platforms, including ERP, POS, e-commerce, and integrations

Drive adoption of modern, cloud-first, API-driven architecture

Ensure strong delivery discipline across timelines, budgets, and business objectives

Maintain secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations

Strengthen internal controls and proactively manage technology risk

Champion incident, change and continuity management best practices

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing engineering and delivery team

Foster a culture focused on speed, innovation, ownership and continuous improvement

Build strong partnerships across the business and with external technology partners

Bring a low-cost, high-velocity mindset to uplift speed, efficiency and value delivery

Experience Skills

8 10+ years experience in large-scale enterprise environments

Proven record in leading technology modernisation and digital transformation

Hands-on experience across cloud platforms, enterprise systems and integration technologies

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and scale technology capabilities in fast-growing environments

Strong communication, problem-solving and commercial decision-making abilities
