Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Head of Technology who can design, build, and scale CRM, SaaS, and HRM products, manage IT services including applications and dynamic websites, lead technology teams, and actively support client demos and pre-sales discussions. This role requires strong technical ownership, leadership capability, and client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities Product & Platform Development Design, develop, and maintain CRM, SaaS, and HRM software platforms Own end-to-end system architecture, scalability, security, and performance Build and manage multi-tenant SaaS architecture Ensure code quality, documentation, and best development practices IT Services & Application Development Lead development of web applications, mobile applications, and dynamic websites Oversee custom software development for client-specific requirements Manage multiple client projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Technical Leadership & Team Management Hire, build, and manage frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps teams Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines Establish technical standards, workflows, and processes Client Interaction & Demos Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and product demos Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Support pre-sales activities with technical inputs, estimates, and feasibility analysis Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients Strategy & Business Alignment Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives Make cost-effective decisions related to technology stack and cloud infrastructure Support MVP development and continuous product improvement Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Proven experience building CRM / SaaS / HRMS platforms Backend expertise in Node.js / Java / .NET / Python Frontend experience with React / Angular / Vue Strong database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP DevOps knowledge: CI/CD pipelines, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus) API development and third-party integrations Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on software development experience Experience in SaaS, IT services, or product-based environments Client-facing or pre-sales technical experience Experience managing remote or distributed teams

Sell IT services, including: Web development (dynamic websites, full-stack solutions) Mobile applications (iOS, Android, cross-platform) Custom software development (enterprise solutions, workflow automation) Cloud solutions & integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP basics) UI/UX design and front-end solutions Conduct technical discussions, product demos, and solution presentations with decision-makers. Coordinate with the tech team to ensure feasible solutions and quality delivery. Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and revenue pipelines independently. Drive business growth and long-term client relationships. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record in bringing high-ticket IT service clients independently. Extensive network with IT decision-makers and enterprises. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Deep knowledge of IT services: web & mobile development, custom software, cloud solutions, integrations, UI/UX. Business-minded, target-driven, and able to work independently.
