Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Platform Development
• Design, develop, and maintain CRM, SaaS, and HRM software platforms
• Own end-to-end system architecture, scalability, security, and performance
• Build and manage multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and best development practices
  

IT Services & Application Development

• Lead development of web applications, mobile applications, and dynamic websites
• Oversee custom software development for client-specific requirements
• Manage multiple client projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  

Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Hire, build, and manage frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps teams
• Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance
• Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines
• Establish technical standards, workflows, and processes
  

Client Interaction & Demos

• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and product demos
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Support pre-sales activities with technical inputs, estimates, and feasibility analysis
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients
  

Strategy & Business Alignment

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Make cost-effective decisions related to technology stack and cloud infrastructure
• Support MVP development and continuous product improvement
• Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams
  

Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills

• Proven experience building CRM / SaaS / HRMS platforms
• Backend expertise in Node.js / Java / .NET / Python
• Frontend experience with React / Angular / Vue
• Strong database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• DevOps knowledge: CI/CD pipelines, Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
• API development and third-party integrations
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or product-based environments
• Client-facing or pre-sales technical experience
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
