The role

• Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast capability needs and develop talent pipelines that support long-term workforce sustainability, increased mobility and succession readiness
• Talent Development Strategy: Design and implement targeted development pathways for critical talent segments, including succession planning, career frameworks, and mobility strategies. Delivering a clearly define and future-ready talent strategy
• Learning Integration: Collaborate with Learning Programme Managers and the Learning Business Partner to embed talent solutions into broader learning and leadership development offerings. Providing enhanced alignment between learning and talent development
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage internal data and external market intelligence to inform talent strategies and measure impact.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with People Directors, Partners, and business leaders to ensure talent solutions are aligned with organisational goals.
• Innovation and Best Practice: Maintain awareness of emerging trends in talent management and integrate innovative practices into the function.
  

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in talent strategy, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
• Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to translate client business needs into clearly defined talent solutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of and operational delivery of Talent best practise, and emerging market best practises
