Head Of Sourcing

You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to enhance logistics services for our 3PL business in 2 Wheeler and 3 Wheeler EV. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about logistics and supply chain management. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient sourcing of drivers for 2 Wheeler's and 3 Wheeler. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligning with company goals, focusing on cost optimisation and quality improvement. - Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and terms for favourable pricing and delivery terms while minimizing risks. - Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging suppliers for potential partnerships and market competitiveness. - Implement quality control measures for consistent quality of sourced products and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with overall company objectives. - Monitor supplier performance continuously and take corrective actions to maintain high standards. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years in supply chain/sourcing ecosystem. - Proven experience in sourcing resources, preferably in logistics or 3PL industry. - Willingness to work in a fast-growing company. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. - Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.,
