Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, designers, and video editors.
• Implement AI-driven tools and automation solutions to improve campaign efficiency, content personalization, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure constant innovation in social media strategies by adopting new technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Train, mentor, and upskill team members on AI tools, analytics platforms, and performance optimization techniques.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Manage paid social campaigns to achieve high ROI and measurable results.
• Build influencer partnerships and handle brand collaborations.
• Oversee crisis management and maintain brand reputation on social platforms.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in Social Media Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of growing brand presence and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Experience in AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools.
• Expertise with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and advanced analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
