Job Description

A well established Construction dealership company based is Pune is looking for Service head who would be responsible for managing parts operations within the dealership to maximize return on investment through; optimizing the parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, increasing number of profitable parts sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging all department personnel.


Industry type: Heavy Earth Moving Machinery Industry (HEMM)

Salary Range: Open salary (Depends upon Current CTC and relevant experience)

Experience required : More than 15 years (preferably in the same industry)

Location: Pune

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish new business along with developing the existing customer database
  • Train, motivate, and lead service and after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
  • Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
  • Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal
  • Supervise the operations of service and after sales teams to ensure set targets are met
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele .
  • Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
  • Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
  • Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs
  • Provide periodic reports to management on all sales and service activities
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
  • Responsible for all relevant targets and KPI’s achievements for dealer and principle. Also responsible for all collections and receivables for aftersales related sales.


Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge – for CST Head Job


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Communication Skills: CST head are adept at interacting with customers to identify and help meet their desires
  • Leadership Skills: should be able to coordinate and organize the activities of teams to ensure client satisfaction


Problem-solving Skills: Should be able to develop and implement solutions necessary to ensure increased patronage and customer satisfaction
