Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Study Abroad program, your primary function will be to manage sales through call center and online channels. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, guiding student counsellors, and ensuring they have the necessary product information to assist customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in call center and online sales channels. - Lead the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities in local and international markets for acquiring new business. - Manage the Profit and Loss of the Study Abroad business segment to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. - Own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including making phone calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. - Drive the introduction and promotion of Study Abroad products to penetrate and establish them in the market. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to help them achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance post-sales service delivery. - Liaise with the marketing team to promote study abroad programs through various outlets like social media, websites, and information sessions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA Preferred. - Minimum 10 years of successful sales leadership experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry. - Understanding of the culture and buying capacity of students from UAE countries and India would be advantageous. - Sales-oriented mindset to effectively communicate the offerings of abroad universities to prospective learners. - Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service consistently.
